I'm Isadora Longhi — a Gold Coast-based operations professional with 10 years building and scaling business systems across legal, AI SaaS, fintech, construction, and environmental services.

Most of my engagements have been fixed-term mandates — brought in to build or fix specific functions fast. I've built APAC operations from scratch at an AI SaaS company, turned around legal practices, implemented CRM infrastructure, and led remote teams of 20. I get things working and hand them over clean.

I bring a COO-level perspective without the COO overhead. My approach is direct and practical — no frameworks for the sake of frameworks, no dependency created. You get functioning systems and a team that can run them.
